Palawan Design-Build was founded on the principle that the Job is the Boss. Our teams are composed specifically for the task at hand. With an integrated Design-Build approach, project challenges become opportunities - to think, to find innovative solutions, to build smart. It’s how we get the job done.

PDB plans Design-Build Projects with Sustainability goals in mind. This not only means sourcing ecologically sound solutions for materials but also for the entire consumables within the construction footprint. When a project is robustly programmed it requires for the contractors coming on board to also be well attuned and synchronized to meet the program of a fast-paced project. We specify many renewable materials and also supply and install domestic solar solutions.

Our collaborative approach with Design-Build means we are involved in the project from the onset. This ensures that our team is involved in a creative dialogue in which ideas and solutions are clearly acknowledged and understood. This allows us to make specific and valuable contributions throughout the planning and construction phase of your project.

PDB has its own group of Architects, Interior Designers, CAD Technicians, 3D Modeler's, Project and Construction Managers. Additionally, we have Furniture & Joinery Shops, MEPF and Civil Engineers each with the connectivity and expertise to expedite all requirements of the project.

PDB utilizes "Lean Manufacturing Techniques" (LMT) such as the fully integrated Quality Control from the implementation of “BIM” technology. We consistently improve how the team is utilizing and apply LMT tech.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the holistic process of creating and managing information for a build. When using this technology even the most challenging of construction and installation programs can be handled with the greatest efficiency and ease.
